2. Then with the help of Firewire cable, attach your old Mac disk to your new Mac. If not, attach a clone of your old Mac to your new Mac drive with a Firewire or USB cable.
3. On the newer Mac, open the preference pane from System Preferences and select the old Mac's as the startup disk, then click the Restart button.
