Data can be shared wirelessly with others with Airdrop option in Mac. This feature can be accessed via Finder tab and select Airdrop. In OS X 10.10, Airdrop will work among iOS and OS X to exhibit more excellence.

• Hotspot Feature

In earlier versions, to get connected with any Internet connection, device used to be kept in the range of Mac. But now, this limit is no more. If Mac finds any Internet connection say iPhone near by; then If your iPhone is in different room then still Mac will be able to get the range to manage the Internet setup automatically on the behalf of user.

• Calls

Calling and talking with others via phone calls with Mac is so easy now in OS X 10.10. Mac can be used to see caller ID along with accepting the call with Mac as a speakerphone. All it is possible even if Internet connection is bit far from Mac machine.

• iMessage Feature

iMessage can only work with another user using iMessage. While setting up iMessage first time, different glitches like no more data left, wrong iMessage account settings, error in sending message, network issue etc. used to keep Mac users away from this feature. If WiFi connection is good then iMessage carries blue bubble and if WiFi connection is week then green bubble appears.

But these all issues will be over now in new OS X 10.10 version. Now, green bubble friends will be shown across all the devices.

How to Prepare for OS X 10.10?
